Vidya provides various support services, as their primary responsibility towards the students keeping in the mind their needs, which can contribute significantly to the academic needs and cultural traditions of the students and can shape them to the dynamic educated community, sensitive human beings and worthy global citizens.

Most students need to cope with the various types of situations in the day to day life and that’s why they need to seek assistance in different fields from time to time.

Counselling Service
Vidya offers confidential Group and Individual Counselling service to help students in personal as well as professional field. Stress buster exercises are conducted on regular bases to overcome stress, fatigue, anxiety, tension, etc. Eminent psychologists are invited for special counselling sessions.

Scholarships
A good number of scholarships (even up to equivalent to the tuition fee) are sponsored by the Society as well as by the outside agencies.

Mentorship Programme
Under Mentorship Programme, personal faculty members are appointed for each group of students for any sort of help

Student Complaint Redressal Cell
Student Complaint Redressal Cell helps student exress their complaints and cell tries its best to provide support to redress those complaints.

Finishing School
Finishing School at Vidya Knowledge Park offers soft skill as value addition to student’s academic degree leading to their employability.

Health/Medical Centre
Medical or Health services are provided to students as and when needed. Qualified and competent practitioner has been appointed.24X7 medical assistance for ailing candidates so that they feel safe and secure even when they are miles away from their parents. A specially dedicated 24X7 ambulance is at the disposal of the student welfare committee along with a trained and efficient driver sensitized to mechanisms recommended at the time of unforeseen emergency.

Transport Service
Vidya Knowledge Park has its fleet of luxury buses with complete security arrangement. These buses are operated by trained and experienced drivers and conductors, who are provided with mobile phones. Students are picked up and dropped at their residence or as close to the residence as is safely possible.

Automated Teller Machine
Vidya Knowledge Park has facilitated an ATM of a leading Government Bank at the very mouth of the esteemed institution and has made the comfort level in money transaction a matter of perfect ease for the candidates.

College Development Councils
Each institution has a College Development council headed by Director/HOD, having representatives from faculty and student. The aim is to share and save common problems in the fields of academics and administration. The minutes of meeting are reviewed by the Board of Management regularly.

Cafeteria
In the campus, two well furnished cafeterias, namely, Gulmohur Café and Café de palm are also functioning. Quality and hygienic snacks, soft drinks and other beverages are served here at a subsidized rate for students, staff members and visitors.
